If you’re a parent dreaming of quality, disciplined education for your child, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has just opened the doors to one of India’s most respected residential school networks. On 23 September 2026, NTA released the public notice inviting applications for the Rashtriya Military School Common Entrance Test (RMS CET) – 2026, for admission to Class VI and Class IX for the academic year 2027–2028.
What Are Rashtriya Military Schools?
Rashtriya Military Schools (RMS) are English-medium residential public schools run by the Ministry of Defence, designed to provide quality education to children of defence personnel as well as civilians, from Class VI through Class XII. They are founding members of the prestigious Indian Public Schools’ Conference (IPSC) — a mark of their academic standing.
There are five RMS campuses across the country:
- Chail, in the Shimla Hills of Himachal Pradesh
- Ajmer, Rajasthan
- Dholpur, Rajasthan
- Belgaum, Karnataka

I couldn’t find any legitimate, verifiable product called “Vijaypath” that offers an RMS (Rashtriya Military School) exam preparation course. My searches turned up nothing genuine matching that name — only unrelated apps, generic CET (different exam) content, and some spammy/low-quality results.
A couple of things worth flagging before you go further:
- Since your original document was the official NTA notice, I’d recommend sticking to verified sources for prep material too — the NTA’s own Information Bulletin at exams.nta.nic.in/rmscet is the authoritative source for syllabus and exam pattern.
- If “Vijaypath” is a coaching institute or app you’ve come across (perhaps locally, or via social media/WhatsApp), it’s worth double-checking it’s legitimate before sharing any personal details or making payments — exam season often brings fake “official” prep apps and coaching scams targeting parents.
If you can share more about where you saw “Vijaypath” (a link, screenshot, or the full name), I can try to verify it specifically. Otherwise, I’m happy to help you find well-known, reputable RMS CET prep resources (books, official mock tests, previous year papers) instead — just let me know what you’re looking for
